The further sky, the greater length,

A Bit About Therapy
Individualized for YOU
Therapy is sometimes hard. It's work. But I imagine you are here because you understand hard, you understand work. I implement effective psychotherapy methods to help alleviate what gets you stuck, so you are not expending all your energy going around the same circles. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an existential framework, I work to help right now and lay the groundwork for the future you want to create.
Individual Therapy with Adults
Follow your bliss
Find connection with yourself, your body, and your world and you will deepen your experience of every emotion.
Maternal Mental Health
Pre and postpartum care for your whole self
"Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers...strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength."
-Barbara Katz Rothman
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
KAP is medicine assisted intensive psychotherapy

Ketamine targets the underlying causes of mental illness rather than just addressing the symptoms. With rapid antidepressant and mood-enhancing properties it has the ability to enhance neuroplasticity, deepen therapeutic work, and create lasting change.
My Story
I’m Kaitlyn Lindsay, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Vermont and Washington State. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University with over seventeen years experience in both public and private organizations. I completed training for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy with Psychedelic Therapy Boston. I am highly dedicated, passionate, ethical and articulate with exceptional ability to plan and implement learning strategies, wellness and holistic care.
I am a Mama to two littles, a birth doula, and find deep connection in supporting birth parents alongside this journey.
I believe that in therapy we get a unique opportunity to learn and practice new ways of being in the world. Creating this safe space together can be powerful and transformative. While honoring you and your past experiences that have led to this moment right now, we can also work to create even more space for growth and potential. Sometimes we need to learn how to learn.
